Make sure that you always add
'@surfnetc.com' after your dialup user
name, regardless of what your email address may be. 1. On the desktop, double-click on INTERNET EXPLORER 2. Type in your username@surfnetc.com and PASSWORD as well as your local Access PHONE NUMBER, then click DIAL PROPERTIES 3. Make sure the settings are correct for your computer, then press OK. 4.
