Make sure that you always add
'@surfnetc.com' after your user
name, regardless of what your email address may be. 1. Double click on MY COMPUTER, then DIAL UP NETWORKING 2. Click on the NEW button. Type in “Surfnet” for the phone book entry name, and click NEXT 3. Check the boxes for “I AM CALLING THE INTERNET” and “SEND MY PLAIN TEXT PASSWORD IF THAT’S THE ONLY WAY TO CONNECT”, then click NEXT 4. Enter your local dialup number, and click NEXT, then FINISH 5. With the Surfnet phone book entry selected in the top box, click the MORE button, then click on EDIT ENTRY AND MODEM PROPERTIES more >>> |
