Make sure that you always add
'@surfnetc.com' after your user
name, regardless of what your email address may be. 1. Click the START BUTTON, select PROGRAMS, then INTERNET EXPLORER, and go to CONNECTION WIZARD. 2. The NEW CONNECTION WIZARD will open, and click 'next' after each option 3. Select ACCESS THE INTERNET USING AN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER 4. Select the option to CONNECT USING MY PHONE LINE 5.
